The service was always second to none before you and your team went independant. But I have to tell you that things are different, its like your salespersons have taken ownership of your company and they are obviously loving what they do even more so than they did before. I recently purchased a residential property from Harbours Real Estate in Southport and had the pleasure of dealing with Roger Calvert. Roger has asked me to write this letter to convey my experience to others who may be in a similar situation. I found the whole Harbours team, but particularly Roger, to be an absolute breath of fresh air. Roger and the Harbours team conducted themselves both ethically and fairly at all times. Roger did everything he could to assist me and every day I truly knew this... but I also understood that at all times, Roger was doing the right thing by his vendor and other prospective purchasers also. I also found Roger to be a very warm, kind, personable family man... qualities that are unique in Real Estate. From the minute I met Roger, I instantly considered him a pleasure to deal with and through the entire purchase process, this never changed. I understand Roger's career in Real Estate on the Gold Coast is fairly new but given the rare person he is, I'm sure he will experience much success. I'm sure I will buy or sell with Roger's assistance again in the future.

Approximately 12 months ago we approached Mr.Winson Woo with regard to the advisability of selling our house at 28 Clark St Biggera Waters.
